In addition to use in the carry run on the belt conveyor, ERBÖ idlers are used in combination with buffer rings in various configurations in the return run.
Buffer ring idlers in the return run with different ring geometries and arrangements of the buffer rings prevent bulk material from sticking to the idlers.
The positions of the rings are secured by spacer sleeves and end rings.
Rings made of rubber and also PU are used there.
